"Decent overall, but pricing feels a bit uneven"
I was browsing aran and, some of the items seemed fairly priced. But then a few others were, like... a little expensive for what they were. It’s not a bad site overall, I just wish the pricing felt a bit more consistent across everything.

I was happy that there weren’t any surprise fees. I even asked support beforehand just to be sure, and they basically said something like, “What you see is what you’ll pay,” which ended up being true. Everything was clear from the start, and I didn’t get hit with any random charges later...

"Surprisingly clear pattern"
I bought a cardigan pattern from Aran, i was a little suspicious at first because I’ve had patterns before that look good online but turn into a mess once you start knitting. This one was actually better than I expected. The stitch counts and cable notes were clear, and even when I had to rip back a few rows, I could figure out where I was without getting too frustrated. Nothing fancy or overdone, just solid instructions and helpful sizing info. It definitely made the whole project less stressful

"Cozy Sweater Worth the Wait"
I ordered a sweater from aran.com when I felt like I needed something warm but not bulky for everyday wear. When it finally arrived, I pretty much put it on right away, and it was exactly what I was hoping for, super comfy, warm, and cozy without feeling heavy or thick. I’ve already reached for it a bunch of times on chilly mornings. The only reason I’m taking off one star is that the delivery took a little longer than I expected, but once the sweater showed up, I was really happy with it.

"Finally found a sweater that actually fits"
I was happy with the size options on Aran. I usually have a hard time finding sweaters that fit right, which I blame mostly on other sites having like three sizes and calling it a day. Their size chart was clear enough, so I just ordered my normal size and it fit nicely, not too tight or weird. Nice to see more than the usual limited choices. I’d definitely shop there again...

Gave 5 stars because, for once, my order actually showed up exactly how I asked. The size, color, and items were all correct, and nothing was missing or randomly swapped out, which apparently isn’t a given with some places. I’ve had enough issues with other sites that I always check the package right away, but this one was refreshingly simple. No need to contact support, chase anything down, or fix someone else’s mistake

"Nice sweater, but the color was a little off"
The sweater itself feels fine quality-wise, so no complaints there. I did notice the color in person is darker than it looked on the site, and I tend to look for those little differences in photos before buying. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, just not quite what I thought I was getting.

"Well Packed and Arrived Safely"
I ordered from Aran the package showed up in really good shape. The box was neat, everything was packed carefully, and nothing was damaged at all. I’d been feeling kind of trapped waiting around and hoping it wouldn’t arrive messed up, so it was a relief to open it and see everything was actually taken care of. Happy with the order.

"Soft, comfy wool that doesn’t annoy me"
I don’t have much patience for wool that’s scratchy or uncomfortable, but this is actually really soft and cozy. It feels nice to wear and doesn’t make me want to take it off after five minutes.
